Why this course?
Technique is trained daily. The mental system running it rarely is.
7-Day NLP for Musicians gives you a small set of tools to notice, interrupt, and reframe the patterns that shape focus, emotion, and performance.
What you’ll learn in 7 days

- Shift anxiety into grounded presence

- Question the “I’m not good enough” script

Dr. Antonella Di Giulio
Pianist, scholar, educator, and founder of MusicaIQ. I work where music, cognition, and performance psychology intersect.
I hold a PhD in Music Theory and Historical Musicology and have spent years teaching pianists, coaching performers, and designing programs that treat musicians as thinkers, not just technicians.
My work combines conservatory training, research, and advanced NLP tools. This course distills the same approaches I use with working musicians into a short, structured format you can plug directly into your own practice and performance.
